Background
Trained as a Chartered Accountant in the United Kingdom, Brian has extensive experience in assurance, consultancy, investigations and corporate reconstructions and works closely with a number of leading New Zealand business entrepreneurs in his capacity as a Partner of BDO in Auckland.
Brian has broad knowledge of New Zealand capital markets, and experience of investing in early stage technology businesses and investing in venture capital funds. He is a director of a number of private companies, many in the information technology arena and has extensive experience and expertise in corporate governance and due diligence across a diverse range of businesses in New Zealand and overseas.
Brian's qualifications include FCA (UK), CA (ICANZ) and an MA (Oxon).
